informationArrival time

Check in at B&B Torre dello Ziro is between 14.00 and 19.00. Check-in before 14.00 or after 19.00 is possible by prior arrangement only

informationDeparture time

Check-out time is from 8:00 to 11:00. For late departures up to two hours (13.00) at management's discretion, the cost is 20 EUR.

informationParking

Private parking is available and included in the room subject to availability. Additional parking is available along the street adjacent to the property.

informationMeals

All rates include continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner are not offered but we are happy to recommend you a good restaurants nearby.

informationChildren

Children under two years are welcome and a cot is free to our guests.

informationPets

Small dogs are welcome.

informationSmoking

The Bed and Breakfast is completely non-smoking. A smoking area is available in the garden and terrace. Smoking inside the B&B is illegal and will result in a cleaning fee of EUR 250.

Cash, Wire Transfer, and PayPal.

informationReservation policy

We require a deposit equal to 50% of total costs. For one-night stays we require a full prepayment.

informationReservation with a credit card

In order to guarantee your reservation with a credit card we require the following information:

  • Cardholder First and Last name as it appears on the card
  • Card Number
  • Card Type
  • Expiration Date
  • Security code

informationReservation with deposit

To confirm booking a deposit is required by:

  • Wire transfer
  • PayPal


This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your stay.

informationCancellation policies

  • For cancellations up to 14 days before date of arrival a full refund of the deposit will be given.
  • For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival there is no refund we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate.
  • Early departures are considered cancellations and payment of total stay is required The repayment of the deposit will incur a EUR 25 fee.
  • We understand that your programs may change, but unfortunately for the proper management of a small bed and breakfast booking and cancellation terms are essential!

Rates are per night for two people and include breakfast, parking and all taxes.
